We take the full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellations must be made no less than 4 weeks in advance of the competition to receive an automatic refund.
If the cancellation is within 4 weeks of the competition, a full refund will only be granted if the tee time is subsequently filled by another entrant.
Bookings are transferable, therefore should you be unable to play, you may replace with another player. This can be done by emailing Davenport Golf Club email link here with the name of the player to be removed, along with the replacement’s name.
Failure To Cancel Your Booking
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the entrance fee made to your credit/debit card.
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your entrance fee or be entered into the next event at your discretion.
